Drowning in Digital Clutter? Here’s How One Session Changed Everything

Updated: 20 hours ago

Feeling overwhelmed by emails, logins, calendars and chaos? It’s time for a Digital Declutter.

Three calendars.

Three email accounts.

No password system.

No digital filing.

No clue where to start.

That’s how some of my recent clients described their digital life and if we are being honest a lot of us feel the same.

Between work, uni, home, kids you are juggling more tabs, inboxes and logins than you can possibly keep track of.

Every day was a new game of “guess the password”, “find the Zoom link”, and “where did that file go?”

By the time you get to do an actual paid work you are pretty exhausted. And sometimes its not from the workload, but from the mental clutter.

This Is More Than a Digital Mess, It’s a Mental One Too

If you're anything like this (and so many of my clients), you might be thinking:

  • "I’m constantly resetting passwords I should know."

  • "My inbox is a disaster—I can never find anything."

  • "My calendar is chaos. Am I in the right place, at the right time…?"

  • "Why do I feel like I’m working all day but getting nothing done?"

Spoiler: It’s not you. It’s your systems.(Or the lack of them.)

What Is a Digital Declutter Session?

A Digital Declutter is a one-off or series of focused sessions designed to clear the digital chaos and help you finally feel in control again.

We work together (either in person or online) to:

  • Combine or simplify multiple calendars

  • Tidy up and organise email inboxes (yes, even get to inbox zero!)

  • Set up a password manager you’ll actually use and can work across multiple devices

  • Create a simple, no-fuss file system

  • Declutter your desktop, downloads, and digital “junk drawer”

  • Create clear habits and routines that you can actually stick to

No jargon. No complicated tech setups. No paid subscriptions or ongoing contracts. Just real-world strategies designed around how your brain works.

The Results? Less Stress. More Space. More Sanity.

By the end of these sessions, my clients have:

  • A central calendar (no more checking 3 place just to be sure)

  • Files sorted and tidy

  • Email inbox tidy and a folder for dealt with items.

  • A password manager ready to use.

  • And—maybe most importantly—a huge sense of relief

“It felt like therapy... but for my inbox.”

And as someone who LOVES this kind of thing (yes, I really do), it was therapeutic for me too. Helping you create calm out of chaos? That’s my zone of genius.

Why This Matters (Especially if You're Neurodivergent)

For ADHDers, Autistic folks, overwhelmed parents, or just those running businesses while holding a million tabs open, your digital clutter isn’t just annoying. It’s draining.

Executive functioning challenges mean you might struggle to:

  • Keep track of where things are

  • Switch between multiple accounts

  • Remember what needs doing, when, and where

  • Recover when a small thing (like a missed email) causes a big problem

It’s not a failure. It’s a flag that your systems aren’t supporting you.

That’s where I come in.

What You’ll Leave With

By the end of your Digital Declutter sessions, you’ll have:

  • A calmer, cleaner digital space

  • A simple, custom system that works with your brain

  • Real strategies to stay on top of things—without being perfect

  • More mental energy to actually do the work you want to be doing

  • And a lot less panic the next time you need to find that login or link
