Free ADHD Coaching Discovery Call

ADHD coaching for adults in the UK who understand their neurodivergence but still feel stuck in practice.

This call is a chance to talk things through and figure out whether coaching would actually help — not a sales call, and not a commitment.

What Happens on the Call

This isn’t a coaching session. It’s a conversation.

We’ll talk about:

  • what you’re struggling with right now (executive functioning, follow-through, emotional regulation, consistency — whatever feels hardest)

  • whether coaching might actually help (sometimes it’s not the right fit, and that’s fine)

  • what working together could look like (structure, focus, frequency)

  • any questions you have about ADHD coaching, Access to Work funding, or how I work

  •

By the end of the call, you’ll have a clearer sense of whether this is worth exploring.

No pressure. No awkward selling.

Who This Is For

This call is for you if:

  • you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD (or suspect you have it) and understand your patterns, but still can’t make things work consistently

  • you’re tired of advice that assumes you just need more discipline or better systems

  • you want practical support that works with your brain, not against it

  • you’re self-employed, employed, or managing the mental load of work and life

  • you’re based in the UK (sessions are online via Zoom)

You might be:

  • self-funding

  • using Access to Work

  • or just exploring your options

All of that is fine — we can talk it through.

What Coaching With Me Is Like

I don’t do generic coaching or “just try harder” advice.

My work is grounded in psychology, coaching, and lived experience of ADHD.

We focus on:

  • understanding why you’re stuck — not just what you’re struggling with

  • closing the gap between knowing and doing

  • building self-trust instead of constant self-improvement

  • creating practical ways of working that actually fit your life

No vague strategies. No overwhelm.

Just things that work in real life.

What clients often come to me with

  • “I know what I need to do, I just can’t seem to do it consistently”

  • “I start things, then lose momentum”

  • “Everything feels urgent and overwhelming”

  • “I’m exhausted from trying to keep up”

  • “Work is becoming harder than it should be”

If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

Common questions

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?
No. Many of my clients are self-identified or waiting for assessment.

Is this only for people in Manchester?
No. I’m based in Manchester, but I work with clients across the UK via Zoom.

Can I use Access to Work funding?
Yes. Coaching is often funded through Access to Work, and I can talk you through how that works.

What if I’m not sure coaching is right for me?
That’s exactly what this call is for. We’ll figure that out together.
