What Happens on the Call

This isn't a coaching session, it's a chance for us to talk about:

-
What you're struggling with right now (executive function, follow-through, emotional regulation, consistency—whatever feels hardest)
-
Whether coaching might actually help (sometimes it's not the right fit, and that's fine)
-
What working together would look like (how often we'd meet, what we'd focus on, how it's structured)
-
Any questions you have about ADHD coaching, Access to Work funding, or my approach
By the end of the call, you'll know whether coaching feels like something worth exploring. No obligation, no awkward pressure to book—just clarity.
Who This Is For

This call is for you if:

-
You've been diagnosed with ADHD (or suspect you have it) and understand your brain well, but still can't make things work consistently
-
You're tired of advice that assumes you just need more discipline or better systems
-
You want practical support that works with your brain, not against it
-
You're self-employed, employed, or a parent managing the mental load of neurodivergence
-
You're based in Manchester or anywhere in the UK (all sessions are remote via Zoom)

You might be self-funding or looking into Access to Work—either is fine. We can talk about funding options on the call.
What Coaching With Me Is Like

I don't do "rah-rah" motivational coaching or tell you to "find your why."

My approach is grounded in psychology (I'm a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society and studying for my MSc in Coaching Psychology). I focus on:

-
Why you're stuck, not just what you're struggling with—understanding the nervous system, polyvagal theory, and how your brain actually works
-
Closing the implementation gap—you already know what would help; we work on why you're not doing it
-
Self-trust over self-improvement—this isn't about fixing yourself; it's about working with who you already are
-
Practical strategies—no vague advice; we figure out what actually works in your real life

Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly, via Zoom, structured but conversational. I'm direct, warm, and won't waste your time with generic coaching speak.
Questions Before You Book?

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis? No. Self-identification is fine. Many of my clients are self-discovered or waiting for NHS assessments.

Is this only for people in Manchester? No—I'm based in Manchester, but all coaching is via Zoom, so I work with people across the UK.

Can I use Access to Work funding? Yes. I'm an approved Access to Work provider. We can talk through the application process on the call if you're interested.

What if I'm not sure coaching is right for me? That's exactly what the discovery call is for—to figure that out together. No pressure either way.
