What if I can’t make a session?
All sessions are pre-planned for the group and run live on Zoom. No alternative or replacement sessions can be provided. You’ll still have access to group resources so you can continue with the tools between sessions.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to join?
No. Whether you’re self-diagnosed, exploring, or late-diagnosed, you’re welcome.
How big is the group?
Spaces are limited to keep the group small, safe, and supportive.
