I'm so excited to share that I’ve been nominated for the Women’s Business Awards 2025!
Out of hundreds of incredible women across the UK and beyond, I’ve been nomitated in the Business Mum of the Year category.
Why This Nomination Matters
When I started Sarah Hardy Coaching & Business Support, it was with one clear goal: to help late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults feel less alone and more supported.
I wanted to offer the kind of support I wish I’d had, coaching that actually works for how your brain works. And beyond that, I wanted to create a business that gave me freedom, flexibility, and fulfilment as a mum of two.
This nomination feels like a big moment. Not just for me, but for every client I’ve walked alongside, through burnout, shame, self-doubt, executive dysfunction, and the stress of trying to fit into systems never designed for us.
It’s a celebration of doing things differently and making it work.
What I Do (And Who I Help)
In case you’re new here, I’m Sarah—a coach, business support specialist, and neurodivergent woman who knows the juggle inside out.
I support:
Late-diagnosed ADHDers and Autistic adults who want practical, compassionate coaching without shame.
Disabled entrepreneurs with business support that helps them stay in work and focus on what they’re brilliant at.
Creatives and freelancers who feel overwhelmed and want support to build sustainable systems without burning out.
Parents who are either neurodivergent themselves or are navigating parenting neurodivergent children.

The Women’s Business Awards 2025 take place this December, and online voting opens in November!
