Group Coaching Session

Introducing Our New Coaching Group – Build Your Support System!

Running a business or managing a career can sometimes feel like a solo journey, filled with unique challenges and moments where you wish for a supportive community to lean on.

That’s why I’m excited to introduce our new Coaching Group for Women at Work!

A monthly, 60-minute collaborative space designed for self-employed individuals, small business owners, entrepreneurs, or those who mostly self-manage and feel isolated, uncertain or alone in their career, life and business struggles. People who want to connect, share, and grow together.

The sessions will be a blend of coaching and community. This group isn’t just about finding solutions to immediate challenges; it’s about building long-term resilience, accountability, and self-awareness.

Together, we’ll celebrate our wins and coach through obstacles. The group will offer fresh perspectives, and support. Helping us to stayed aligned with our personal goals and strengths.

What You Can Expect:

  • Collaborative Coaching: Tackle real challenges with input from like-minded individuals who understand the balancing act of managing a business or career and life!

  • Accountability: Set meaningful goals and find support to stay on track, making consistent progress toward your vision.

  • Community: Connect with others who get it – the highs, the lows, and the unique pressures of running your own show.

  • Self-Compassion & Growth: Build awareness and empathy for yourself and others, fostering a safe space where you can show up authentically.

If you’re looking for a steady source of support, guidance, and connection, join us on this journey.

Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate, safe environment.

Be part of a community that’s here to empower, inspire, and grow with you.
