What actually happens on the free discovery call?
It’s a 45-minute deep-dive into what’s going on for you — where you’re stuck, what’s been keeping you overwhelmed, and what support might actually help.
There’s no pitch or pressure. You’ll walk away with insight, clarity, and at least one practical step forward.

Is this coaching or therapy?
This is coaching — practical, supportive, forward-focused. We might talk about emotions or past experiences, but we won’t stay stuck there. If you're unsure whether you need therapy or coaching, we can talk it through on the call.

 

Do I have to be neurodivergent to work with you?
Nope. While many of my clients are ADHDers, Autistics or exploring that part of themselves, you don’t need a diagnosis — or even to identify with the term. If you feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, and like your brain works a bit differently… you’ll likely feel right at home here.

 

What if I’m not running a business?
That’s totally fine. These sessions are about you — not just your work. Whether you’re employed, self-employed, or figuring it out, we’ll focus on what matters most to you right now.

 

How do the 6 sessions work?
We meet weekly or fortnightly (your choice) over Zoom. Each session builds on the last, but you’ll leave every call with something useful and specific. The full process is flexible and shaped around what you need.

What happens after the 6 sessions?
You can finish there — or continue with ongoing coaching if it’s helpful. Some clients book further 6 or 12 week blocks, some clients take a break, apply what they've learned, and then check in monthly or quarterly. There’s no commitment beyond the initial package.

Is this confidential?
Always. Coaching is a safe, private space. I follow EMCC guidelines and create a non-judgemental, affirming environment — you can bring your whole self here.
